Beginning in Kindergarten, enrollment is limited to current Quad students.

Toddler and Pre-K classrooms do not have language requirements for enrollment.

Tuition Discounts

  • Families that pay for 12 months of tuition upfront will receive a $1,000 discount
  • Families that pay for August-May tuition upfront will receive a $500 discount
  • Siblings will receive a $175/month discount

What is included in your monthly tuition?

  • A school-wide lunch, breakfast, and snack program by School Nutrition Services. Refer to PROGRAMS for more information and a sample monthly meal plan
  • Weekly French Art enrichment classes for all students.
  • Weekly Spanish Music enrichment classes for all students.
  • Weekly Physical Education enrichment classes for all students. 
  • Weekly French Library class for all students.
  • Weekly French Media education class for all students.
  • Before care, aftercare, ALL the care! The school is open from 7 am – 6 pm.
  • All classroom supplies are included in tuition.

How do I reserve a spot now?  When your registration is complete, A $500 non-refundable deposit is required.  The deposit will be applied to the remaining 1st months tuition balance at the time of enrollment.

Withdrawal Policy: Families in Toddler 1, Toddler 2, and Toddler 3 are required to provide a minimum 60-day written notice of their intent to withdraw from The Quad Academy. The family will still be responsible for tuition and fees during the notice period.  The withdrawal must include the final date the student will attend. If adequate notice is not given, tuition and fees will be assessed for the time. 

Families in Pre-K 3 and up are also required to sign annual tuition contracts for August 1-May 31.  We partner with Dewar to provide tuition refund insurance in the event of unplanned withdrawal.

Of note, we follow GA State Department of Public Health immunization student requirements.  100% of our students are fully vaccinated.  If you do not vaccinate your child, please contact us before scheduling the tour.
